Gigabyte AORUS FO32U2 official with Samsung QD-OLED display, 4K UHD resolution and 240hz VRR

Exciting news from Gigabyte as they unveil the full product page for their latest monitor, now available for pre-order in select regions. Meet the FO32U2, a sleek variant of their flagship FO32U2P model, offering similar top-notch features at a slightly reduced price point.

Both models showcase a stunning 32" (technically 31.5") QD-OLED panel sourced from Samsung Display, boasting a crystal-clear 3840 x 2160 "4K" resolution and an impressive 240Hz refresh rate. While the premium P model boasts cutting-edge DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity with full UHBR20 bandwidth, the FO32U2 opts for the widely compatible DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 connections.  With a lightning-fast 240Hz refresh rate, the FO32U2 ensures smooth visuals, backed by adaptive-sync for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support. It proudly carries certifications under the esteemed AMD ‘FreeSync Premium Pro’ and VESA ‘ClearMR 13000’ schemes, guaranteeing optimal performance.

Dive into the impressive specifications of the Samsung Display QD-OLED panel, boasting a pristine 3840 x 2160 "4K" resolution, an ultra-responsive 0.03ms G2G response time, and a remarkable 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio. With a typical SDR brightness of 250 nits (even at 100% APL) and wide 178/178 viewing angles, every detail comes to life in vibrant clarity.

Experience the richness of color with its 10-bit color depth and expansive 99% DCI-P3 wide color gamut. Plus, bask in the brilliance of HDR with VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification, offering a peak brightness spec of 1000 nits (at 3% APL). Connectivity is a breeze with 1x DisplayPort 1.4 (featuring DSC), 2x HDMI 2.1 ports, and 1x USB Type-C (supporting DP Alt mode and 18W power delivery). Notably, compared to the P model, there's a slight difference in power delivery, with the FO32U2 offering 18W from its USB Type-C port rather than the P model's 65W.

The Gigabyte AORUS FO32U2 will soon be available for purchase. We will give an update when major retailers will list the monitor on their respective online selling platforms.
