LG Confirms Final Specs for 32GS95UE DualMode OLED Screen

LG's 32GS95UE gaming monitor comes with a DualMode screen which means that you will get to enjoy two different resolutions at different refresh rates also. Basically you will experience a native refresh rate of 240Hz at 4K resolution, or seamlessly switch to 1080p and boost your refresh rate up to an impressive 480Hz using the innovative "dual-mode" function. This allows you to prioritize frame rates and motion clarity over image detail, catering to your specific gaming preferences and genre requirements. Switching between modes is quick and effortless thanks to the dedicated hotkey conveniently placed on the monitor. Additionally, the screen is certified under both the NVIDIA 'G-sync Compatible' and AMD 'FreeSync Premium Pro' schemes, ensuring optimal adaptive-sync VRR capability.

Also, the monitors features LG’s 'Pixel Sound' technology, positioning the speakers behind the panel for a heightened sense of immersion. Additionally, it offers a 4-pole DTS Sound Headphone X output for an enhanced audio experience. This technology is not new as SONY is using it for quite some time for all their OLED Smart TVs. The screen measures 31.5 inches diagonally, boasting a 3840 x 2160 "4K" resolution and a flat screen design. Its specifications include a rapid 0.03ms G2G response time, an impressive 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio, a brightness of 275 nits for SDR content, support for 10-bit color depth, and an extensive 98.5% DCI-P3 wide color gamut. Additionally, this screen offers hardware-level calibration support.

LG's 32GS95UE screen is certified VESA 'DisplayHDR 400 True Black' specifically designed for OLED monitors. Although LG does not provide a specific peak brightness specification for HDR, the panel itself, as rated by LG.Display, boasts an impressive 1300 nits for white luminance.
