BenQ has officially announced two brand new monitors that are destined to be used by photography enthusiasts. These are using the PhotoVue title and the model versions SW272U and SW272Q respectively.
Also, BenQ has listed them as available for pre-order on Amazon. Both will be released in the United States starting with the 1st of January 2024. The BenQ SW272U is a 4K model while the SW272Q is a QuadHD edition with 1440p resolution. Both models are offering Fine-Coated panels with no reflections that should offer better image quality. This should let professional users get better printed images with almost no difference between the colors shown on the screen and on printed paper.

The BenQ PhotoVue SW272U comes with 27-inch IPS UltraHD screen, 400nits maximum brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms minimum response time, HDR10, HLG, 100% sRGB, 99% Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts. It offers card reader port, HDMI 2.0 x2 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 input, USB C with PowerDelivery 90W output, USB-C All-in-one connection, DisplayPort Alt Mode, USB Type-B upstream and two USB 3.1 downstream ports.
